While God's attribute of love does not exclude individual Americans, the national structure of the country itself (hyper-capitalism and the secular empire) is the very essence of the Great Babylon hated by Scripture. In the coming era of the Great Tribulation, God's true people will be protected by supernatural providence, while the chosen vessels destined to fulfill their heavenly calling will reproduce the pattern of Christ's cross through their own martyrdom, partaking in the first resurrection (glorification).
